Born in Colombia in 1959, Carlos Moreno arrived in France at the age of 20. He is now Professor of Universities, international expert of the human Smart City and Knight of the Order of the Legion of Honor. An exceptional career that this humanist scientist likes to describe as a "path" and that passion shines through: passion for innovation, creativity, exploration - but also passion for exchanges, connections, links woven with others.
