Here's the bio:
Nat has been involved in the Maker Movement since June 2013 when, in her role as Director of Design at the RSA, she created FutureMakers,  a day of hands-on workshops and talks held at Somerset House in the space that would then become Makerversity. The following year she held Make it Together in Manchester: a 24 hour gathering of leaders in the UK maker movement, from which the Open Workshop London network developed. Later in 2014, she led the RSA founding partnership with FabLab London and later studied the MIT FabAcademy programme there.

As a consultant to the Royal College of Art on the “Future Makerspaces in Redistributed Manufacturing” research project, a consultant (with From Now On) for The Central Research Laboratory, and a founding Board member of the North London based Blackhorse Workshop she has a broad understanding of the potential, relevance and impact of the maker movement. As Strategic Director of Machines Room from 2015 - May 2018, she led the team to create a vibrant community of designers and makers creating impactful and exciting projects. She is now a co-founder of Fab City London.
