A project that combines a very short deadline, in compliance with the highest environmental standards (Effinergi +) and social inclusive. Spie batignolles sud-est choses a modular wooden timber frame construction in partnership with LECO & Dhomino to take up the challenge. Cities being built by its own local industry and its own people aligned with urban sustainability.
