MASTERPLAN for expert 

FORMAT: Roleplay - Each team chooses its US city or county.

> Work in 4 subgroups on 4 countries US / cities FR Each group chooses their city from a predefined list (variety and interest of the sectors, eg Textile, food, building materials, furniture ...)

"You are the municipal team in the community, your goal is to reach 10% manufacturing autonomy by 2025. The winning city will be the one that proposes the strongest and most ambitious action plan! " Everyone draws a card that defines their role, namely to defend the interests of some PP (Mayor, dir dev Eco, dir citizen mobilization, dir urban renewal, dir agriculture, etc.).

Step 1 - specify the 2/3 most strategic sectors to work on in a FabCity approach (20mn) Medium: Analysis of the FabIndex of your city + data on the territory (a map of industrial sites / wastelands / major infrastructures on the territory)

Step 2 - propose a roadmap for the territory to relocate these sectors (45 minutes), specifying:
> What would be the emblematic places in terms of location and programming?
> What roadmap to engage audiences - citizens, entrepreneurs, corporations and communities

For inspiration > generic entrepreneurship cards + criteria (open place, insertion, mix of uses etc.)

Restitution - 20 minutes -

You present in 5 minutes the project to your citizens, you must make them adhere to your program

IDEATION for all 

Each team chooses their city from a list and goes to work in a priority sector of their city. Work support: IDEA MAKER card game (forced ideation game)

>> Each team has one hour to generate the maximum idea to relocate industrial activity in its sector and select the 3 flagship actions that will base its program. The proposed ideas can be innovative places and mobilization approaches.

Pitch of ideas - 5mn then vote of the room
