Xavier is Ph.D. in solar energy. He launched and collaborated with numerous energy startups at the intersection of technology and urban challenges. As a consultant he’s working with the urban think tank La Fabrique De La Cité to develop the energy track, focusing on the impact of relevant public policies, business model & uses. He is also involved in the research chair on fuel poverty issue launched by Fondation INP. As an entrepreneur he is exploring better ways to develop local energy solutions through organization design.
